Sorry was and still am having trouble with this new patch.
I decided to switch to 31/5/15 sword spec as I am going to try and get some PVP done coz I got no dps gear now or even an epic mount, I also gotta get my Valor back
Anyway, the prot spec I was going to and prob still do is below:
Arms Talents (11 points) Deflection (5/5)- Increases your Parry chance by 5%.
Tactical Mastery (5/5)- You retain up to 25 rage of your rage points when you change stances.
Anger Management (1/1)- Increases the time required for your Rage to decay while out of combat by 30%.
Fury Talents (5 points) Cruelty (5/5)- Increases your chance to get a critical strike with melee weapons by 5%.
Protection Talents (35 points) Anticipation (5/5)- Increases your Defense skill by 10 .
Improved Bloodrage (2/2)- Reduces the Health cost of your Bloodrage ability by 50%.
Toughness (5/5)- Increases your armor value from items by 10%.
Last Stand (1/1)- Instant cast
10 minute cooldown
When activated, this ability temporarily grants you 30% of your maximum hit points for 20 seconds. After the effect expires, the hit points are lost.
Improved Revenge (3/3)- Gives your Revenge ability a 40% chance to stun the target for 3 seconds.
Defiance (5/5)- Increases the threat generated by your attacks by 15% while in Defensive Stance.
Improved Sunder Armor (3/3)- Reduces the cost of your Sunder Armor ability by 3 rage.
Improved Taunt (2/2)- Reduces the cooldown of your Taunt ability by 2 seconds.
Improved Shield Bash (2/2)- Gives your Shield Bash ability a 100% chance to silence the target for 3 seconds.
Concussion Blow (1/1)- 15 Rage

45 second cooldown
Requires Melee Weapon
Stuns the opponent for 5 seconds.
One-Handed Weapon Specialization (5/5)- Increases the damage you deal with One-Handed Melee weapons by 10%.
Shield Slam (1/1)- 30 Rage
Instant
5 yard range
6 second cooldown
Requires Shields
Slam the target with your shield, causing 288 to 352 damage and has a 50% chance of dispelling 1 magic effect on the target. Also causes a moderate amount of threat.
Level 48: 342 to 418 damage
Level 54: 396 to 484 damage
Level 60: 450 to 550 damage
The only thing that I may change is the Improved Revenge, it does cause lots of threat but boss are normally immune and it cannot stun in MC for example, but other instances it might be useful.
