Next ZG run is as per the date above, sign up here until the DLraid site is updated.
All loot will and invites will be as usual (using existing 'updated' dkp) but only if we get a 75% DL turnout (thats 15 people at the gates at 6:30) otherwise we go PUG and need rolls on everything.

I've added the raid to the dlraid site - 7.30pm invites 8pm start? If it's not correct Kal now has rights to change it, although probably no clue how as yet - I'll write some instructions and get them to you somehow...

Hey, guys! just gonna introduce myself as I haven't (properly) done that yet  Dustin and Zorky will know me from the MC raids we do with Lickmyear but for those of you who don't know me from Adam... I am 60 Hunter, have raided ZG many many many times (as Raid Ledear and as a standard raider) and as a consequence have no need of any items except the gun that drops and the Zulian Tigerhide Cloak. I am currently Revered with the Zandalar Tribe so I have all my Primals, Doll AND Idol  . Only reason I am going is to get that cloak as I mentioned earlier, reputation and the fun of going there because I LOVE ZG so much. Well I hope that covers everything, if not post something here or whisper me ingame and I'll gladly answer your musings  EDIT: - Oh and btw am English, so you'll have for forgive the dry sarcasm I come out with from time to time |

More info for the Raid:
1st of all let me apoilogise if you've signed up and not been added I'm still learning how to manage the site i'll do it as soon as I can.
Next, jobs for the run:
Kementari has very kindly agreeed to be Raid Leader on this run so listen to the man he knows what he's doing.
Dustin is Marker and will assign sheeping and dps targets while in raid.
I'm general dogsbody and Master looter, so any questions dkp queries and other stuff send my way to leave Kem free to run the show.
The raid plan is to do the following bosses; Venoxis, Jeklik, Mandy, Mar'li and Thekal, not a full ru I know but I believe a realistic goal for the moment. The bosses will be attempted as follows:
Venoxis: Fairly straight forward, MT pulls boss to left side near cliff while adds are sheeeped / sleeped, OT (and only OT) breaks sheep and we dps in that order, ranged on boss after that.
Jeklik: Pull boss to center and AoE bat swarms ( i'll assign tank taunt order to pull bats of clothies later when we get more sign ups). Don't forget to split up on the firebomb phase and kick / sheild bash the boss to prevent here heal.
Mandy: OT the raptor and dps boss, accept the rez if you die and remember you Esc key when watched
Mar'li: Split groups to avoid silence Tanks assigned as required to each group to pull her back when she AoE webs remember to stop dps at this point to allow tank to regain aggro rinse and repeat as required
Thekal:Split tanks on each boss in phase 1 with Rogues to help interupt heals and split dps between them to avoid a re rez ( Watch for Kems call) then all out when at appropriate health. Phase 2 stop dps to let tank reaggro (preferably near altar) and watch for adds

...did the ZG-runs die?  I know I wasn't online as Choralia yesterday, I was on Chel, but I was in contact with Kem and ready to switch to the mage as soon as Azuregos died... and then he had to let me know the run was cancelled, cos we couldn't get a group together. Well, I'm disappointed enough right now that I doubt I'll even bother signing up for, and planning my time around the raids that will most probably not happen. Having said that, I may still be available for raiding with you on Tuesdays, if you're missing a DPS:y kind of character in the form of a mage or a rogue, but I won't sit around waiting for it. Thanks for having let me into the team, though, and I hope we'll raid together again at some point. |
