What to do with coins and bijous..?

Originally we just need rolled on these as they came up. After two weeks some people had failed to get a coin so we decided to try auctioning coins - This was pretty much a disaster.

I think we should go back to the simple and quick need method for assigning these.

it's worth bearing in mind that only 11 coins dropped last night. That means that even with even distribution nearly 1/2 the raid wouldn't get coins. So at the moment it shouldn't be unexpected that you can go 3 weeks without winning a coin. As we get further into the instance we will start getting more coins per run, and over time this will all even out...

That's what I would suggest anyway.

In the Vex runs we do Round Robin on the trash. Works fine, and the loot distribution is remarkably even. Of course, this means that anyone might be able to loot blues and epix, which are then to be offered to the raid for bidding. Have to look into that.

Can you clarify pls. With round robin, that means that everybody in the group gets an item in turn, before anybody gets a 2nd item right?

If that's the case I think that would be an excellent way of doing it. We had about 23 drops in total last night - that's coins/bijous/blues/greens so everybody would get something.

Blue BoE's will still be offered for sale to the group tho. So if you loot one of these and it's someone buys it with dkp, you will miss out on that round of loot. But on the other hand if no-one wants it, there is no need to roll for it (as that's already been done my the round robin) - You get to keep it and get some great loot to sell - So it's a gamble, but I don't see that as a problem?

Why not just do a roll of 1-20 and dish it out to who wins...or there is a roll mod that i know can be tweaked to run in ZG..that way it is all automatic...
