Hey guys,
bored at work, found this: forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-hunter-en&t=83232&s=new&tmp=1#new
Very short version: Seems a hunter's pet can attack something on its own after being ressed, resulting of course in new wipes in instances. In the example in the thread on the official forums, this can even happen when pet is (as it should be in instances) on passive.
Can anyone verify this?
If/when I find more info I will of course post it.
