s'only polite, DC - tyvm. It's also fair to thank you for including me in vexillum in such a big way - it will influence these raids in a positive way
the link for vex guides then (for those that don't know) is s14.invisionfree.com/vexillum/index.php?showforum=20
please be aware of how to take down venoxiss and jekklik - i think that's ambitious enough for this first run!
The Loot is another matter that may cause contention. I'm eager that it doesnt cause any bust-ups, so here are some points:
1) I invite discussion about what classes can benefit from which item, but not in raid time - raise it on the forum.
2) Someone will be ML for all bosses - possibly even the whole raid.
3) To start with I (or the ML) will invite all classes that can benefit from an item to roll on it. This means that rogues will not be able to roll on a dagger because it looks nice or does good DPS when it is a caster dagger. nor will casters get a chance to roll on CoH items, for example.
4) People who win an item will be prevented from looting a second that raid, unless all others pass (i don't see that happening soon!) This is to help loot be distributed more efficiently.
5) I expect people to be fair and honest - if the item isnt a significant upgrade for you, let it go to someone who will benefit more.
6) Bijous and Coins - certain coins/bijous are needed by specific classes. i expect people to research which ones they need. Have a list, tattoo it on your hands - just don't roll on ones you can't use - leads to arguments.
7) The magic number, the magic rule - I'm right, unless i accept otherwise Y'know in competitions that the judges decision is final? same here - we will find it hard going and it will take a lot of time to become "good". i don't want us wasting time in the instance with arguments.
I don't profess to be an expert, or have all the answers. in fact i anticipate that many will have more experience in ZG than me. But I know instances, and i know how good raids work. please trust me and bear with me.
As always i invite your comments
