I think I know the Marriott. In addition to them generally being nice hotels I think it's only just down the road from us. It's on the main road and closer to us than anything in the town center would be.
Then again, if you get a place anywhere in Preston we can pick you up so you only need to worry about getting back again =D
I'll try and get a list of hotels in a radius of us tomorrow....

To help you searching for hotels, here's some info: Our postcode is PR2 9. A quick search in Autoroute has shown these hotels in Preston and respective distances from our house:  I hope this is good enough for you to make some more inquiries - and the Marriott is indeed just around the corner from us as well. |

Thanks Dustin. Have Booked the Marriott. Expedia.co.uk seems to have the best rates at 78 pounds a night fri and sat if anyone else wants to book up. Better hurry tho as Preston seems to be quite a popular place that weekend.

I have booked a room at the Holiday in. It is a double but I can make it a twin if anybody is stuck - and you don't snore...and don't mind sharing with a girl (eek, its a girl)

Freja, if you could see your way to buying me some bottles of Bud in, i would be most thankfull, and it would be a great if some one could post travel directions from Manchester airport to Preston for me. I'm guessing the train would be my best bet. Or taxi, but that maybe a tad expensive. Whatever you think.

JRollsons, a priest from Visions Guild who is a member of the vexillum coalition, has asked if we'd mind him coming to the guild meet. I said i'd garner opinion from those that are going before i gave a yes or no.
I believe the reason he asked is because he knows Quicker from outside the game and from her previous guild. Those coming that may know him are Kementari, Mary and me, quicker, Zeb and maybe TTB
Any feedback would be welcomed. I know we have some shy ppl coming, and there are a lot of nerves, and I know that Jrolls understands this too.
