i realised tonight as the raid ended, that i messed up. and because of that 4 guildies couldn't join the raid please let me explain myself.
the first misunderstanding was when i was waiting for an invite, yara told me to start the raid, which, in all actuality should have been done by aybabtu. so i started the raid and invited the people online. Ayb told me, invite this person, invite that person, and then later summoned me to org (i have HS in kargath) unfortunatly i mistook the invite this and that person as there aren't any more guildies start inviting... then i was told to keep a spot for bara, which i did but then suddenly and misteriously the spot dissapears... 2 messups in an evening...
i realise some of you cleared the evening for this and i hope you can forgive me

Don't beat your self up...plenty of us to do that,lol.........but in future a guild only affiar would be better. I still had a great evening..I got to help Xirk make 60. However...to stop such happenings again I suggest guild only runs..at least give the guild an hour to suppy the troops.
Just a thought
Bara
(official guild response will no doubt follow from ayb)

so i log in briefly this morning to put an apology on for those who couldnt make it, just to find that my henchmen have already said all there is to say! Ober, you were acting in good heart and i bear no malice for what happened - what was said was done to help things go more smoothly next time - we needed the druid priest and a warrior for the run, as it happened, because there weren't any guildies available of that class. I have never wanted to say this officially, but i always build in "lean" time for people to arrive - including myself, sometimes! When i say the run will start at 8, i mean i want invites to start at 8 so that we can see what kind of group we have - the guild is severely underpopulated with healers, and last night none of our own magnificent bunch of warriors were around when we started. that said, thank you to all who turned out - the dungeon didnt pose nearly as much of a problem as *my* organisation of it! Ayb
