I now hav artisan 1st aid and can make up 2 Heavy Mageweave bandage wich heals 1024 ova 8secs.

It takes 2x Mageweave 2 make 1 Heavy Mageweave Bandage

i can also make
Heavy/normal Silk Bandages
Heavy/normal Wool Bandages
Heavy/Normal Anti-Venom Bandages

When you have a certain first aid skill (i believe it was 290) you simply return to the person in hammerfell who gave you the artisan quest and he'll teach you the heavy runecloth bandage for free.
